Get directions
- Take the tram from Piccadilly station or Piccadilly Gardens towards Eccles.
- Get off at Exchange Quay.
- Go right from the tram and turn right at the traffic lights immediately, crossing the tram lines. You are now on Ordsall Lane.
- There is a block of flats to your right with red lights in the window.
- Continue on the right-hand side until you reach Modwen Road. You pass two side streets.
- Turn right into the business park and we are in front of the roundabout, number 28.
- It is a five-minute walk.
